This place would definitely not be my choice for medical care, less urgent care, but had to go due to a work injury, and they were the Insurance Company or Employer's choice. It is quite clear that the PA that I saw cares more about getting paid over patient care, since quality care is Not offered here. This PA never listened to any of my concerns in reference to my injuries, and even when I expressed my level of pain, he acted un- concerned/nonchalant and without compassion. The staff was not very friendly, and/or pleasant, so makes the atmosphere uneasy, tense😬 and just not wanting to be there. Plus the place was empty- I was the only patient there, yet waited quite a while before being called back to be seen. This should be the opposite, esp. for an urgent care clinic, where you expect kind and compassionate care. In general the place was unclean- The waiting area was being swept while I was there,( no apologies offered for the flying germs, dust/dirt) you would think this would be done before opening the clinic. The equipment used also was unclean- Xray- table appears filthy, with no sanitary cover. As said, they're all about the money, and not about quality patient care. How sad😢!

Traveling through and needed care. The staff was great - professional, efficient and kind. The nurse and PA explained everything and addressed all my concerns. Making an appointment online was easy, pricing was clear, and I had no wait for treatment. Very glad I chose this urgent care! The positive reviews are correct.

Highly recommended! Best Urgent Care I have ever visited. Staff is friendly and very efficient! We were in and out within an hour including X-rays! They even provided support brace for a small fee. Everything done in one place in no time! Excellent service received. Keep Up the good work.

Truly enjoyed my visit. Check in was easy via online. When I came in I was seen almost immediately. Less than 15 wait. Dr. Brown was great. He was very thorough and gave good instructions and information. I would highly recommend them if you have an urgent care need.

I’m about 5 to 7 minutes away from the house. Been here twice & everyone is super friendly very professional. Cute girl in the back was waiting on me when I needed some meds and prescriptions I’ll call her A she was on the ball I was in and out of there in under probably 15 minutes.

I moved here from MN and had no doctor here. I had a couple of dizzy spells so decided to see someone. MEDIQ was amazing. Got me in the same day. Did what I feel was a thorough check up and were fast, caring, respectful and it was a great experience. I would recommend MEDIQ to any and all for quick response and a very comforting exam.
